All members are entitled to a ‘no questions, no quibbles’ full refund of any fees paid within the first three months of joining. After that members are entitled to a pro-rata refund of their joining fee within the first year.

The payment structure is designed to provide members with a discount, compared to the full membership fees of each service individually over the first year, so no refund of the member’s joining fee is due after a year’s membership, even if the Publisher decides to stop one or more of the services included in the Black Friday offer.

This membership package consists of subscriptions to Against the Crowd, Across the Leagues and Ones to Watch. The Publisher makes no guarantee that they will continue to publish all or any of these services.

If the Publisher decides to stop any of the services, a suitable replacement will be offered if possible but no guarantee is made that there will be a suitable replacement. In this case the membership package will consist of the remaining services still being published.
